By using our shutter greasing and painting services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is binding once the service request is confirmed.

2. Service Scope

Our shutter greasing and painting service includes:

• Greasing of shutters to ensure smooth operation.
• Sanding and painting of shutters, including surface preparation.
• Use of high-quality, weather-resistant paint. Additional services may incur extra charges and will be discussed before commencement.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure that the shutter area is accessible and free of obstructions.
• Provide clear instructions for colour and finish preferences.
• Inform us of any special requirements or concerns before the service begins.

4. Service Schedule

• We aim to complete the service within the agreed timeframe, but delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Clients will be notified promptly of any schedule changes.

5. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are based on the size and condition of the shutters and may vary. A quote will be provided before the work begins.
• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

6. Quality and Warranty

• We strive for the highest quality of work. Any issues with the service should be reported within 7 days of completion.
• A limited warranty is provided for the paint and grease work. Warranty details will be provided upon request.

7. Liabilities

• We are not responsible for pre-existing issues with the shutters, including but not limited to rust, broken parts, or structural damage.
• We will take every precaution to avoid damage to surrounding areas but are not liable for incidental damage.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Clients may cancel or reschedule the service with at least 24 hours notice.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

9. Privacy

Your personal information will be kept confidential and used solely to complete the service.

10. Amendments

These Terms and Conditions may be updated or amended at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
